July 12, 2024

The purpose of this communication is to provide you with access to your new UKG account. We strongly encourage all staff to thoroughly review their paychecks issued on July 12, 2024, to ensure accuracy, including differential pay, overtime, pay code, bonuses and any other applicable items.

First Payroll Deposit with UKG:

Today, July 12th, you received your first paycheck through UKG, Valley Senior Living’s new payroll provider.

As part of this change, we have noticed that paychecks deposited into the employees’ bank accounts are currently showing as pending for a longer duration than usual. This delay is primarily due to the process with our new provider, where banks are required to approve transactions, which may take a bit longer than what we were accustomed to with our previous provider.
