RE: COBRA notification

Over the weekend, many of you may have received a document from PlanSource saying your hours had been reduced, and that you needed to file for COBRA to continue your health benefits through Valley Senior Living. Please know this was sent in error.

In a recent issue with PlanSource, which has since been resolved, there was a coding malfunction within the software which affected many of you by ending your enrollments. Because of this, you received a notification to enroll in COBRA – again, this was sent in error and you should NOT have received this communication.

Please know that we have addressed the back-end issue and your enrollments in your health and ancillary enrollments remain active with no changes.

I apologize for any inconvenience, worry, or concern this may have caused.
