Open Enrollment for Benefit Election will begin on November 17, 2024!

As we approach the Open Enrollment period for 2025 benefits, we want to ensure you have all the information necessary to make informed decisions about your health, wellness, and financial protection options.

The Open Enrollment period will run from November 17 to November 30, 2024. During this time, full time (FT) and part time benefited (PBT) employees will have the opportunity to review and adjust your benefits for the coming year through the UKG system.  For those of you who are FT and PTB, a separate mailing has been sent to you with instructions on how to access the UKG system and how to begin enrolling on November 17.

Whether you’re enrolling in new coverage, making changes to your current plans, or adding dependents, this is the time to ensure your benefits meet your needs. To help you make the best choices, we will provide detailed resources below, including benefit guides, FAQs, and dedicated in-person sessions on November 19 and 20 to answer any questions you may have. Remember, Open Enrollment is the only time each year to make changes to your benefits outside of a qualifying life event. Please be sure to take action before the deadline to ensure you’re fully covered for 2025.
