o Yes, an employee can file for an exemption from the Valley Senior Living vaccine mandate. Exemptions available are: medical, religious, philosophical, moral, bi-weekly COVID testing, or a COVID-19 antibody exemption.
· What accommodations are made for employees that are exempt?
o Employees who are granted an exemption from the Valley Senior Living vaccine mandate are required to participate with bi-weekly COVID-19 testing, and wear all applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by the Valley Senior Living organization.
